Ok so we got the Ped State scandal pretty much over,
Ohio State going strong - my guess Urban gets a pass and will coach - maybe get a letter of reprimand?
Michigan State is simmering down. They were able to deflect some towards the Olympics
This Catholic Church thing is very very upsetting.
Has anyone seen how Notre Dame is reacting?
The mix of an overbearing sports culture and decades of institutional pedophilia and organized perversion could be super toxic.
I've heard or read nothing about Notre Dame and this issue.
But lets not be naive and think this is limited to a few dioceses in Pennsylvania.

Meyer will be exonerated and every win will be attributed to the teams resolve to put everything behind them and concentrate on what is in front of them. The media loves stuff like this (ped games on TV proved this). ND has nothing to do with what the Catholic priests were doing so I don't know what you mean by your statement. MSU, after the peds I don't think anything surprises anyone now.

Throw in the “football factor” and you may have a recipe for disaster.
The “football factor” being “Football first and only”
I want to stress I have no animosity and only respect for the school.
Most of my family is Catholic.
