Pitt is hosting a Junior Day on Saturday and hoping to draw some talented 2019 prospects in for a visit. One problem that's cutting into the numbers is that there's a national seven-on-seven tournament in Las Vegas this weekend. Evolve - the local seven-on-seven team we're all familiar with - is going, and that's taking a number of Pitt offers and targets out of town.

That includes Jayvon Thrift and JJ Porter, who have offers from Pitt, as well as targets like RJ Hart and Dino Tomlin (Courtney Jackson from Gateway also can't make it, but he's going on vacation, not to the 7-on-7).

The coaches should still have a decent crowd on hand Saturday, but a few locals won't be there.
