OSU QB "110% committed" but taking visits

Come on NCAA. Please do away with a signing period and just let the players sign whenever they are ready. If you are 110% committed then sign the paper and end it. This era of soft verbals, silent verbals, committed players taking visits for free trips, decommitments has to end.

If the school in question has an issue with it, they should pull the offer.

Maybe the NCAA should reduce the number of scholarships available per year. If there were 75 total 'ships available, and only 20 per season for example, there might be less room for players to look around. It would also add to parity.

I don't know what the answer is, but it has gotten out of control in the last few years.
