76 your hated for Tom Bradley is only surpassed by my hatred for losing.Gee if Bradleys such a terrible coach how was he:
1 DC coach of the year 2005
2DC coach of the year 2008
3Rivals 2ND best DC in nation 2011
4 2004-2011 Psu defense ranked 5th in total D in nation
My God just think if he could coach the awards he would of won!I think he'll do just fine as an NFL DB coach.
IF Renaldo Hill can be a Nfl DB coach after coaching Pitts's DBs the last 3 years I think Bradley will be OK.Let's get rid of Porter he's proven he can't coach in the Nfl.

Get over myself!What does that mean?How about starting a campaign to get rid of Joey Porter who is a terrible coach.Your best comments are about Bradleys year at Wvu that he was terrible and he wasnt.He was brought in to help Gibby with the dfense and he did that quite well.Gee wonder what they're saying about Hill down in Miami after what his D backs did at Pitt?They're saying nothing because he's a freaking DB coach and not a coordinator.

He doesn't know anything about what Bradley is capable of, he just says he sucks because he was at Penn State.

Hopefully he didn’t show what he was capable of at UCLA, because they were probably the worst defense in the country during his tenure.

He had previously been shown not to be capable of being a head coach, mainly due to the fact that he couldn’t get a job as one, even at smaller schoools.

He showed at UCLA that he should never be given another coordinator position, as his defense was horrible despite good recruiting, and showed the propensity to outright quit in multiple games.

Maybe he can be a good position coach though, I guess we’ll find out. But that appears to be his ceiling at this point.

I know Joey Porter is a terrible coach... doesn't mean we should hire more terrible coaches (Tom Bradley)

Idk what they are saying about Hill but he didn't lead a Defense that was 123rd in total D and 118th in total D.

Hill didn't just get his HC fired like Bradley just did.

So ridiculous to even suggest that position coaches don't matter!?? Lol you get enough terrible position coaches together like Bradley and Porter and your D will be bad... and the Steelers D is terrible.

Sure... has nothing to do with him having the 123rd ranked defense last year and him costing Mora Jr his job at all. Lmao wow

You're wrong. Producing the 123rd ranked defense is proof that he is a god awful coach. A demotion isn't going to change that fact.

You're telling me that every failed DC is going to make a good DB coach, and we both know that isnt the case at all. If he was able to develop the DBs at UCLA they wouldn't have had the 123rd ranked D.

But, just for kicks, remind me what good DBs he has developed in his career?

I couldn't tell you, I don't watch things that closely. I think you re wrong and you hate this guy because he's from PSU and really no other reason.

Cmon man you have some good posts on here but this one isn’t one of them.

2011 is ancient history in the world of sports, it’s literally decades in the real world.

Not only were his UCLA defenses horrible, but if you watched their games there were allusions made that his defense quit in multiple games. Words like “not conditioned” were also thrown around.

The reason they were able to finish dead last in the entire country in rushing defense playing in a passing conference is because teams ran it down their throat late in games when it looked like they gave up.

Maybe he can still contribute as a position coach, I don’t really know. However he should never be considered for a DC at a P5 school ever again.

Who recruited those players?
 
Jtown I was about to say the same thing about who recruited the players that Bradley had at Ucla the last two years.He didn't recruit the upperclassmen, his recruits would of been freshman.76 aren't you the one who defended Narduzzi when his defense was ranked 127 out of (somewhere in that neighborhood)129 by saying give him at least 3 years to get "his" players in place.Let's see Bradley became DC at Psu in 2000 and he was Ncaa DC of the year in 2004 when he had his recruits playing for him.Seems Ucla didn't give him enough time to get his players,like you gave Narduzzi.

Fair enough, believe what you want, but the guy sucks as a coach as per his recent results.

I agree... if UCLA didnt have an offense they would have been 0-12.

Their defense actually did have some talent, but they would quit on the team virtually every week... that isn't a talent issue, that is poor coaching.
