Is the University of Alabama AD supposed to use their private and specifically raised funds to fix those statewide issues?

BTW, it is interesting you left off the last two categories: Fiscal Stability and Quality of Life, where Alabama ranks ahead of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is overall ranked as #38 to Alabama's #46. I'm not sure that is stone throwing worthy.

What does one have to do with the other? They aren't using tax payer money for this. The AD has a separate budget
