I appreciate the correction on the rooting interests of the President.
But the bias of a President is never irrelevant. US attorneys are told what,who, when to prosecute and why to do it.....in Yinzburgh, US attorney DJH has mercilessly gone after small time playeras in the mortgage world, but left the big boys (Chase for instance) unscathed.
Justice maybe blind, but too frequently powerful people steer her to the wrong places.
Just ask anyone audited by the IRS because they were deemed to be consevative.
Or, look at the threats from Congress to strip MLB of its anti trust exemption.
Power in Washington is always relevant.
