We kept Hugely and he gave up on us. Dior is similar, he's given up on a dozen high schools and colleges in a few years. I don't think were overly tough on players arrested. We took back a guy who hit a cop even.

This isn't Jabaal Sheard getting into a bar brawl but being a committed teammate. Dior is a chump

You watch much JUCO basketball?

No defense. No passing. No post play. No screening. Just transition scoring and three pointers.

That isn’t to say Dior isn’t a stud. It’s just to say that JUCO scoring stats are fools gold.

I’m sure Dior can play. Not any question.

But trying to put at least a somewhat positive perspective on things, have to like Jeff Capel and the Pitt staff‘s talent evaluation and recognition. They've been in on some real good ones (RJ Davis, for ex) that they didn’t get. Then also some great ones they did. Like the 2 FR playing for Pitt right now.

B Cummings for next season. Have to see who else? Portal candidates will certainly be in play as well. Should be an interesting off season. The way things are now, you just never know.

Hope the off season comes following a good run in the NCAAT for Pitt. Will it? 🤷‍♂️

Don’t know why you are obsessed with the kid. Yes he has talent but there is also a reason he’s been at a zillion schools. If he were here Lowe probably wouldn’t have got the chance to develop and may have transferred cause kids don’t want to wait for PT. Give me Lowe who has ability (as does Dior) but Lowe also has character and won’t turn into a cancer if things don’t go his way. Dior will probably go somewhere and do really well and you will post about him, but he’s gone so let it go.

Part of the reason JC (credit to him) and Pitt have been better the past few years is higher character players leading to better team chemistry.

Pitt like most programs has had a few knuckleheads over the years. But a guy beating up a lady (she may even be an awful person) is a scumbag. If that was your sister he beat up…would you still want him on the team???

75% of the players these days are playing at multiple schools in their career it seems like, to me they aren't "Pitt students" just rent-a-players for our entertainment as long as they hang around, so who cares.
