OT: "Four experimental XFL rules the NFL should watch closely, from kickoff to overtime"

Enforcing illegal man downfield would wreak havoc on 75% of offenses in college and about 1/2 of the nfl. This is a rule that exists but is ignored and offensive coaches take advantage of it.

I'm not too into gimmicks, so the double forward pass and OT rules aren't too intriguing for me. I am interested in how the time outs work out because NFL games last too long with all of the replay reviews (this is another area I am looking forward to because the NFL system is awful right now). The kickoff rule is interesting as well. Returns are an exciting part of the game that the NFL has basically eliminated.

They already should fire all the NFL refs, execute Al Riveron and change 100% to the XFL officiating and replay system, it's 1000% better.
