Great actor. Obviously loved him in Rambo First Blood, but later he was a staple of the USA Network made-for-TV movies. I remember the promos watching WWF back in the late 80s.
Brian Dennehy was a guest on Jay Lenos show one night.
The conversation turned to BD's middle class roots in Connecticut and Long Island.
He stated, what I (we) do in Hollywood isnt work. Work is going down in the mines for 8 hours a day, or being a single mom with 2 kids on a secretaries salary.
He them went on to rip his fellow actors / actresses for their complaining about their spoiled, entitled lives.
I became a big fan that night.
