OT: Instant thought of getting old

I heard Mary Lou Retton on a commercial talking about a supplement for "hot flashes" and other "change of life" issues.

America's 1984 Olympic sweetheart is now doing old lady commercials.

I have a buddy convinced that he crushed her one night at a bar in Morgantown back in 95. Funny thing is, I was with him that night and went back to their place and he only brought it up 2 years ago.

we are hanging out and the story comes up and he drops the line in front of everyone, that the girl was Mary Lou. The most ridiculous claim of all time.

dude is actually pretty level headed too.

A quick wiki check shows that she had a kid in '95. You should convince your gullible friend of more.

"She was married to former University of Texas quarterback and Houston real estate developer Shannon Kelley, who now works for the Houston Baptist University athletic department.[11] Together they have four daughters: Shayla (b. 1995), McKenna (b. 1997), a former NCAA gymnast at Louisiana State University, Skyla (b. 2000), and Emma (b. 2002).[12]"

Many holes in my buddy’s theory. Safe to say, it was someone else.
