Has anyone tried this?? I am currently trying this, using the 16-8 rule. Basically means I only eat in an 8 hour window. So, after 8:00PM I don't eat until Noon the next day.
Right now, without travel and customer dinners, and also without going out to a bar for wings and beer, I figured what better time to try this? So this includes obviously no beer, wine or any drink outside of water or black coffee in the "fast" portion of your day.
It is supposed to help you lose weight as your body learns to metabolize differently, also you are curbing calories. But some of the benefits go deeper, supposedly it helps immunity, cell repair, etc...
I mean, it is easier IMO to skip breakfast than dinner. Anyone else have tried or is doing?
