It's simply stunning. The Bengals have had some talent over the years, but Lewis lets the on that team run the show. With a better coach, they would have made a couple of deep playoff runs over the past decade.

That’s actually hard to accomplish. He’s got a hell of an agent. His regular season coaching is like my golf game. Start off ok, go to hell at the turn and finish strong on the last hole or two (last two games) to give you just enough false hope to try it all again next weekend.
