so sports related but the topic du jour seems to be MLB adding additional netting for safety issues due to a recent fan, young girl I think, being injured. OK, not gonna debate this exactly but I do think, if and when this happens, it shouldn't all fall on the fans and as of now, I see this being the case. here me out.

So owners will probably extend netting up the first/third base lines. Well fine but this does effect the view of many fans. Not end of the world, you can see thru it but still, it does negatively impact the viewing experience. So if these owners care so much then it should be them feeling the impact. So anyone sitting in these seats, the ticket cost should be lowered 5%, in relationship to the value of the ticket, (Their experience), being impacted. I hear about how the owners care but putting up netting isn't on them (Outside of the minimal cost of doing it) but it effects the fans, thousands of them now watching a 3 1/2 hour game thru netting. If owners Care, if MLB cares, make the owners lower cost of these tickets..

On football, NFL needs to lower 4 pre season games to two, add two regular season games. Yeah, Players union wont agree unless you give them a much bigger chunk of revenue. Do this and ALSO, I love this idea btw, extend the roster from 53 to 58 or 60. Owners will hate it cause it cuts into their pockets but more games means more money and more roster spots. A huge win for fans and of course 2 more weeks of nfl means more tv money.

that's all I got..
