Whitney was pretty hot before bobby brown. That one video of her wearing that gray slip on dress with no bra underneath? That was sexy.

Back then, we couldn’t wait for Bobby Brown, Mike Bivins, Ronnie Devoe, Ricky Bell, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill to all unite and share a stage under that New Edition moniker. I think by the time it happened though, we all grew up and didn’t care anymore.

Yeah good point. That was probably her strongest quality.

In a way, she was perfectly cast in the role for sixteen candles. She was a 16 year old girl built like a 14year old boy and not particularly pretty. So this perfectly fit the persona of a teenage girl with the social challenges many face when going through adolescence. But on the other hand, she landed Jake Ryan? No way that happens. He was way too dreamy.

Maybe Aly Sheedy would have been more believable as Samantha Baker.

😂 😂😂. I know…. I love Whitney too but…….she was a mess. It was the reason that Eddie Murphy didn’t talk to her cause he said “ she is always getting high” ……….He told Bobby and Bobby liked to party so he was like cool 😂
