The Ravens announced that they're limiting attendance to 14,000 fans/game. And the Steelers emailed season ticket holders and offered an option to apply for a refund for this season(apparently not guaranteed that every applicant will be refunded, but it wasn't clear). The Steelers didn't indicate a specific #of fans/game but I would assume it would be in the ballpark of the Ravens' #. I would guess limited fans is now appearing to be best case scenario for college at this point.
