OT - Pro Volleyball Federation Draft

First ever pro volleyball draft in the US today and two panthers were selected -
Chiamaka Nwokolo to the Atlanta Vibe in the 2nd round (where she will play with Leketor Member-Meneh)
Emma Monks to the Columbus Fury in the 5th round (where she will play with Kayla Lund)

Congrats to both ladies, well deserved!

I assume they only draft players who have no more eligibility. I imagine if someone wants to turn pro there still is much more money in Europe.

By the way....I saw Lund several times at the Fitzgerald last week during the regionals. She was wearing a boot...nursing an injury. I wonder if she reinjured the same leg that sidelined her during the 2018 NCAA tournament.
