This is really stupid. Terrible attempt by the Dems to raise revenue by making things difficult for regular people like me who sell a few tickets to games I can't go to and may be over that $600 threshold. Now I have to mess with an extra form. I had an extra ticket for UNC last night that I couldn't give away so I sold it for $9. Maybe I'll claim that as a loss.
