OT: Rugby World Cup

Anybody following it?

England vs South Africa tomorrow in the second semi-final. Winner gets the All Blacks, who demolished Argentina today.

This was supposed to be the year for the Northern Hemisphere, but France and Wales went crashing out, and NZ edged out Ireland in the quarterfinal.

It has been interesting following how NZ responded after France thrashed them in the first match of pool play. And Australia has just plummeted in international rugby.

South Africa is playing really well, and thrashed the All Blacks in the friendly leading up to the tournament. Going to be an interesting conclusion to the RWC.

Been watching a little. I was in Japan for the start of the last one which was cool to see, and then in England for the semis, en route to Malaysia with a coworker from England. Watched the finals at a bar in Malaysia with a bunch of folks from both England and SA which was a pretty fun experience. I can’t say I understand much about the game though.
