OT: Saturday Tailgate Menu

I am having a tailgate on Saturday Afternoon in the Gold Lot 1? Will anyone else be around?

Also- Since it is not the typical 12 Noon Kick that we are all used to. What is everyone planning on cooking Saturday? Looking for some ideas from other Pitt Fans. Mains, Sides, Alcoholic Drinks, Etc.
