A lot of posters point to Louisville as a program Pitt should aspire to emulate and while I certainly admire the success they have long enjoyed in men's basketball, and which they have recently forged in football as well, I don't want anything to do with Louisville comparisons.

I have long believed that they are a win-at-all-costs outfit that operates more like a semi-pro organization than it does like a branch of an academic institution. I'm sorry but to quote the great philosopher Hall, "I can't go for that. No-oh, No can do."

North Carolina's academic fraud was rampant and taints them too, IMHO. Roy Williams is a crook. Also, Miami didn't become "Da U" by emulating BYU and who knows what acronym FSU stands for these days? However, when I think of the most corrupt athletic program in the ACC I think Louisville is the clear choice.

Between the Pitino abortion/extortion scandal, the hiring and re-hiring of Petrino after his sex scandal, taking in a zillion transfers including a guy like Willie Williams (and his 28 convictions BEFORE setting foot on the UofL campus), and now this stripper scandal - which surprised absolutely nobody - I'm sorry but the University of Louisville's athletic department is absolutely filthy.
