OT: Today's Darwinism Candidate

This is from this afternoon in Point Breeze. I can't imagine how fast someone had to be going to accomplish this. And how do you go that fast on residential streets??

Well Penn Avenue is basically a major highway, so this doesn't surprise me at all. 50-60 MPH there isn't uncommon outside of rush hour. He was obviously cruising a bit faster.

That's the 7200 block, per what I read, which is the area near the Frick. The road is straight. He either was on his phone or drunk or under the influence of something, I would think. They say it was a Dodge Charger. I can't see how one could lose control driving that in a straight line unless his tires were bald or he was going 100+ mph and made a sudden turn of the wheel.

Unless he swerved to weave through traffic.

Or, a part may have failed at speed and caused it. But that would be powerball type odds.
