Western PA has a chance to win the Kraft Hockeyville USA competition for the second time in three years. I know we have a couple people here (including myself) from Johnstown and we all saw how awesome it was to get some renovations at the War Memorial and host a Pens preseason game. Let's help out Belle Vernon so they can get the same treatment, because the Ice Garden could sure use it.
