There is some justice for the absolute garbage customer support from Rivals/Yahoo. Some of you may be involved (like me) and others might not be aware but a class action lawsuit was won over Rivals illegal practices and the reimbursements are now kicking in.
Hopefully the customer services improves but I doubt it...
