OT: Why is Kentucky football recruiting so well?

This will be his 3rd season. Meaning he has a 2.5yr head start. It's no comparison to 4mos. on the job. Now was he out recruiting Chryst....of course he was and we all know why!

Why is Ohio HS football so much better than PA football now? Both are rustbelt states with older populations.
