Not shabby for a kid that was told he shouldn’t be playing.
not shabby for any kid to play at any college for football. Only 4% of HS players move onto college ball. So while many people may poo poo non FBS football like D2/D3, the fact remains that many of those players where among the best players in their area in many cases, let a lone best players on their team.
D3 programs are an extension of high school..anyone can play. You sign up instead of making the teamYeah....okay.

It's still a big commitment, and a lot of them don't hang on for four years.D3 programs are an extension of high school..anyone can play. You sign up instead of making the team
Without a doubt. A total know-nothing.Probably someone who never played a down of football.
Division 3 is hardly a joke. The local HS superstar went down to St. Vincent and found out that kids at that level can hit. He lasted about three days and was over it.
Probably someone who never played a down of football.
Played 6 years. Abour 12 Guys from our senior class "played" d3. These were not all conf guys from our squad some barely played in h.s. I agree it takes commitment but that doesnt make them good. D3 is very large. The top 10% are good players on good teams. The majority is cannon fodder.
To think that thet are part of the elite that go onto play football in college is total nonsense.
There are tons of guys who could play d2 or d3 that hang it up after h.s.
