Over/under 12.5

Somebody asked this in the Morning Pitt Mailbag today, so I thought it would be a good question for the board:

Over/under 12.5 regular-season ACC wins for Pitt this season?

I like this number because I'm inclined to pick the under but 12-8 would leave them with 21 wins overall heading into the ACC Tournament, which would be pretty good, I think.
