Over/Under Pitt scoring 70 in a game this season

I wanted to post this before last night’s game, but didn’t want it to be too negative too soon and wanted to see what the team could do against a lower level P6 team. Pitt scored 70 or over in 13 games last year. They have scored 35 points in two out of 10 halves this year. What is the over for 70 points this year? I wii guess 3, but after last night I am not sure how. Thoughts?
