Here’s a map of which schools would be included:For clarity, Pitt (and every other ACC program that sponsors men’s soccer) would be in this group, as well as every Big Ten program and a handful of others, including WVU.
Definitely would be a wonderful thing for Pitt and college soccer - and might guarantee that Vidovich is here until he retires.

I’ve seen a few soccer fans upset that this comes following a College Cup final of Marshall and Vermont, but it seems as if something like this was inevitable.
