Parker Stewart really has been the lone bright spot this season

Right now, he's better than Carr. From this group, I wouldn't care if every one of them left as long as Parker decided to stay. The rest of the team deserves the opportunity to play at the level more suited for them, and Parker deserves a new coach who can help him.

Parker has his limitations, but put him on a team with a little post presence or some drive and kick capabilities and his shooting will shine. It will be interesting what happens to some of the wing minutes next year when Ellison and Kingsby get added to the mix. I'm sure we will play plenty of small ball, but we can't go much smaller than we did this season.
