We went in 2013 and parked at St. Paul Lutheran at 511 Farragut road. It is right across the street from the stadium. I contacted them to see if they will be offering parking for the bowl and they will for $20 cash. You can save $10 from the official bowl parking cost because there is a $5 handling charge when you buy from them. The only catch is get there early to guarantee a spot.
