ND player just did what our guys have done seemingly a thousand times - defended the WR, hands up towards the face, not looking back at the ball. the EXACT thing we've been called for countless times.
in this game, no call. the referee expert is called in and says it's a good no-call b/c *paraphrasing* the defender's movement was immaterial to the WR catching the pass.* or something ridiculous (8yo yelling at me at the time).
what does that even mean? why have we been called for this over and over and over but ND is not (yes, i know the answer).
