I respect everything you said, and I understand how emotions can go wild over 18 year old choices, just keep posting on football and say what you think, I learn by what I don't know and Posters like you share it!
so who is the recruit that just verbally committed? Agreed, stop the Sanders stuff. He isn't going to flip. We have other running backs who will be good anyway. Our last top RB recruit is playing at WVU now and we are having our best season in years.

I wonder how many times a parent has ruined their child's football career by wanting their kid to do what the parent wants.

And for the record I wasn't bashing his mom or implying she had anything against Pitt. Just that she strongly prefers her son goes to PSU.
Gee, I've heard quiet the opposite. His mom wants him to stay local, but she's good either way. His father is the one who wants him to go to PSU. Check out his Dad's Twitter and we'll see who's right...

Not trying to be a jagoff or anything, but is this where we've come to as a society...monitoring a high school football player's PARENTS twitter account, to see where they want him to go to school???
We all know that kids don't listen to their parents, we should be following his girlfriend's Twitter account!!!

It is a Bloggers Board on all aspects of Pitt & College Football, and Posters that follow Recruiting unlike myself add Information and Rumors and other sources, some good and some rumors, but that is the same as one hears on Team Health of Vegas Betting Tips?
I post anything i hear from people that tell me if it is OK with them and leave it up to Posters to add, attack, and agree or disagree, that is life on any Sports, Games, Players, Coaches, Teams or Programs!
The Monitors take care of the rest and use judgments we all can agree or disagree and not much can do if they choose otherwise!
I enjoyed reading many posts on subjects i do not follow and I leave the erst to all other Posters augmenting, correcting, or disagreeing with anything i post so long as it is on Football & Pitt related subjects!
When I was young I followed everything i could read on recruits and we did not have as many recruiting sources like today or Internet! I appreciate everything I read on this subject and added what I read in the Trib last week!
