Paul Ball!

I turned it off after the missed FG-there was only a minute left. All Nebby had to do was take a couple knees. What the hell happened??????

Well, Wisconsin still had all three time outs left. So no, all Nebraska needed to do wasn't to take a couple of knees, what they needed to do was get a first down. And they didn't. Wisconsin got the ball back deep in their own end but with still more than a minute left in the game. They completed several mid-range passes that got them down into Nebraska territory, and then they kicked the winning 45-ish yard field goal with four seconds left in the game.

As a casual Pitt fan, I think the offense has regressed to a degree without Chryst. That is even factoring the loss of James Connor. Defense is light years ahead of where it was, and the team as a whole is still better. Narduzzi defense/HC with Chryst's offense would be nice....

You can't discount the loss of Conner, and what that would have done even in PC's offense. However, I do agree this offense is still trying to find itself.

A fumble at the 1 and dropped TD paas kept some easy points off of the board today. So, I believe the offense is progressing.
