It’s basically zero risk as a grad transfer. We could use a back up true PG , he was pretty productive in a decent league . He looked like a pretty good player whenever I watched him play. Why would we want him?
If you tell him not to shoot anything other than free throwsIt’s basically zero risk as a grad transfer. We could use a back up true PG , he was pretty productive in a decent league . He looked like a pretty good player whenever I watched him play.
Whatever. We are just taking guys to fill out a roster. We could do worse but he's going to average 3-4 PPG off the bench for a really really bad team. It’s basically zero risk as a grad transfer. i didn't even think he WAS a true point guard? It’s basically zero risk as a grad transfer. We could use a back up true PG , he was pretty productive in a decent league . He looked like a pretty good player whenever I watched him play.
You guys never heard his name before today and you are questioning the move. Sounds about right.
He played for Duquesne so most here have at least heard of him. He averaged 10 for a bad team in a much lesser league. You do the math. He's simply a guy to fill out a roster because we cant get anyone better. As I said, we could have done worse but we don't win any extra games because of this signing. We are still a 3-4 win team at the moment and time is quickly running out to improve upon that. You guys never heard his name before today and you are questioning the move. Sounds about right.
dude you're bumming me out!🥲He played for Duquesne so most here have at least heard of him. He averaged 10 for a bad team in a much lesser league. You do the math. It'd be dumb for him if he wants to play. This would be dumb. He was an undersized scorer at Duquesne. He needs to go to a MAC or lower level school and ball out
There are worse backup PG options. He can play 10 MPG on a really bad team. This would be an awful add. He can’t play at the ACC level
We do. To play 10 minutes per game.People were posting here all year about how Duquesne would beat us. If that’s true, why wouldn’t we want their starting point guard?
Well Dunn! You guys never heard his name before today and you are questioning the move. Sounds about right.
Come on- you are messing up their trolling attempts.People were posting here all year about how Duquesne would beat us. If that’s true, why wouldn’t we want their starting point guard?
Why not. We have the ship. Gotta have enough players to practice. This would be dumb. He was an undersized scorer at Duquesne. He needs to go to a MAC or lower level school and ball out
It'd be dumb for him if he wants to play.
It'd be bad for Pitt if he plays any real meaningful minutes.
It'd be harmless move for Pitt as a depth piece.
YesDon’t we have 14 ships to use with one of those going to Sibande?
Capel would probably take Dean Martin at this point. 🤪😎😜Why would we want him?
Do we bring in 2 quality bigs? The 2 most important questions....
1) Does Champ Return?
2) Do we bring in 2 quality bigs?
Whether this TDM comes or not doesn’t move the needle in either direction.
Because he wasn’t their starting PG until sincere quit and maceo took the leave of absence. He’s a 5’8 scoring PG who should drop down a levelPeople were posting here all year about how Duquesne would beat us. If that’s true, why wouldn’t we want their starting point guard?
I’m not disagreeing he can play for a really bad team. I’m saying we shouldn’t be adding pieces to play for a really bad team. It isn’t augustThere are worse backup PG options. He can play 10 MPG on a really bad team.
I mean, yea, there would have been guys like this available in a few months but its to the point where we are getting desperate. Nobody wants to play for Capel for some reason. I don't understand it. Seems like a guy that players would line up to play for. Do you have any opinion on this?I’m not disagreeing he can play for a really bad team. I have no opinions on this other than they shouldn’t add TDM unless we get to august and he’s still available.I mean, yea, there would have been guys like this available in a few months but its to the point where we are getting desperate. Is there even anyone left we can realiatically get who is an upgrade from Brown or Chukwuka? Somehow, we may be replacing those guys with even worse players.Do we bring in 2 quality bigs?
Where are these 2 quality boys going to come from? 2 boys, maybe. Quality bigs? That ship has sailed.
Or at the very least, much shorter players. Is there even anyone left we can realiatically get who is an upgrade from Brown or Chukwuka? Somehow, we may be replacing those guys with even worse players.
I’ll take him…. In the immortal words of Delta Tau Chi in the movie Animal House….. “We need the dudes!”

So you’d take a kid who wasn’t happy playing behind Sincere Carry who is better than our current PG to play 2-3 mins every 5 games? Sounds like a disaster waiting to happenIf he's better than Onyebuchi Ezeakudo, you take him for the same role.
