There was no assumption that the original claim was true. My suggestion is any coach without top 50/75 talent 1-8 should be trying to upgrade 1-13.

I agree with that, I just don’t think he adds any value on the ACC level. He was a backup PG at Duquesne until everyone transferred. I don’t think he adds any value anywhere in a spot he would actually take at Pitt.
