Correct, after Pickett first came off the bench he should have been the starter the rest of the season. Pitt cannot afford to red shirt their most talented athletes. As such Ford also could have been used on many occasions both offensively and defensively last season. With Pickett and Ford being utilized earlier I bet we would have reversed last years record from 5 and 7 to 7 and 5.

DiNucci was a total cancer from the day Browne was announced to be coming here. You could tell from his interviews early in the season.
