A quick check over on BWI ("Board WIthout Integrity") reveals how some PSU fans known as the Penn State Cultists are quite upset about developing aspects on how the outside world views them and their current Program. Rutgers is now being attacked more than Pitt these days, Ohio State Fans are mocking Penn State Scandal and Coach Franklin, and Hackenberg like Penn State Recruits & Players before him are regretting going there and cannot wait to leave, Recruits Beware!

Looks as if Hackenberg & Family has Buyers Remorse in choosing Penn State and has plans to leave after this year by retaining an Agent after his Brother also spouted off how bad the coaching has treated the Hack Attack. Another example of Penn State players leaving Franklin & Staff ASAP.

Looks like the Penn State CULTists now have focused on Rutgers as it Big Ten rivals for New Jersey Recruits and now Rutgers will be the target of attacks and Nittany Liars like they tried to do to Pitt in the 1970s. They attacked Michigan, Ohio State, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and other Big Ten Programs like they did to Pitt and looks like Rutgers and Maryland are new targets of Penn State Hate! As the Penn State CULTists attacked school after school over the years, combined with the Penn State Football Scandal, and revealations how much Paterno was not under Rules, Compliance and Institutional Control, the Penn State Football culture has had to undergo changes and just caused more disrespect for their program by their own fans. Pitt knew it for years, Big Ten Schools learned it after 1990s, and now Maryland and Rutgers are experiencing it!
