You say that as if he could never come back to Pitt to be AD. I think it's a great opportunity for him to gain a lot of experience in a position outside of Pitt to groom him for another job at Pitt, including AD.

Yea, I mean he could. I would have guessed his path would have been to take maybe an FCS or G5 AD job.
