The stats of the player deserve to be in...The person, nope...Put the player in now as his lifetime ban has ended.
Just watched Grease the other night, and found it interesting when Vince Fontaine (host of National Bandstand) was hitting on a HS girl, Marty Maraschino( “as in cherry” ) and it not being a big deal at the time. This in a film selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.
Same goes with a film like Fast Times at Ridgemont High and others that depict kids having sex.
Times have changed, at least on the screen. In real life though, those Hollywood folks and music industry folks make Pete Rose look like a saint. Every joke about Leo DiCaprio liking them young has taken on new meaning since the Epstein and Diddy cases hit the mainstream.
If you don't think other players/managers haven't placed bets through others then you're not the brightest bulb in the Christmas string of lights. Smh
I’ve mentioned on here before that I dealt with Pete Rose as a betting customer for years and knew him pretty well during that time. I could say both some good and bad things about him, but will leave it at he was a very simple guy that spent most of the last 30 years or so of his life doing what he liked best, gambling and hanging out with wiseguys and bookmakers.

I never said or implied that so I'm not sure what the hell you are talking about......what I said, in English, was that they were never dumb enough to get caught like Rose and had they been they would have been just as underserving of the HOF honor while alive as he was...
One simple rule...Don't eat from that one tree Adam or you will be banished forever is all they asked, but Pete just had to make apple pie from it....

That scene in Grease wasn't creepy since the actress playing Marty was 34 years old.

Wish I was exaggerating but I can take you to places in Clearfield county where old men with HS girls is still a thing.
I think Ringo was around 34 when he released this one (at least Princess Leia was well over 16)...Don't get me started on Chuck Berry...

What I find most amazing is that Rose has over 14,000 career at bats. Next closest is Hank Aaron with a little over 12,000. McCutchen is MLB's current active leader with 7,862 at bats -- Rose had almost double that amount.
I loved Kristi McNichol growing up. Her and Tatum O'Neill were my 12 year old crushes.
Why clearfield? I live in the city and it's extremely common here, especially in "da hood".
I can't speak for the city. I pick on Clearfield County because it's over on the extreme side of Central PA weirdness.
That is wild but Cutch has only played 15 seasons, Rose played 23 and Aaron played 22.
