More importantly, he's the first national writer I've seen take a deeper look at the numbers to see how UNC's numbers are inflated by a heavy home schedule against weak opponents. The best stat though is this: Pitt is holding opponents to 99 yards per game below their average while UNC is allowing opponents 6 yards per game above their average.
