Kenny Pickett was asked today about who has been sticking out on defense. He admitted his main focus is learning the new offense and getting that down pat first, but did mention a few names anyway.
“I’d say Paris has stuck out just cause how aggressive he plays and the passion he brings. I love the way he plays and I kind of feed off it myself when I’m out there. Jason Pinnock has been really tough to throw at just cause of his length and how physical he is at the line and that causes a lot of problems. I know up front defensively, they’ve been playing well. The thing that sticks out with them is their speed, they get on you kind of fast. Keyshon Camp, for his size and for the way he moves the way he does is kind of scary sight seeing a guy that big moving that fast. I think overall the defense is playing really well.”
