I really hope these kids look back to last years Bowl game against Navy & realize that they need to come out prepared, focused & ready to take the best that Northwestern has to throw at them.
So far Coach Duzz has been very good w/ having his players handle their business against teams we are favored against or expected to beat. No one should take this game for granted as Fitzgerald always has some very intelligent, well schooled ballplayers who will not be intimidated or find the stage too big.
I trust Conner, Orndoff, DoJo, Biz, Price, Galambos, Jarrett, Parrish, etc., etc. will handle their business...I just really hope they play 60 minutes of intense, overwhelmingly aggressive, attacking football on both sides of the LOS & Special teams.
And I especially do not want us to ever call off the dog or pull back & play out the clock if we get ahead. Attack, attack, attack some more needs to be the focus of this game.
