I have no idea, but only coaches are allowed on the road to recruit. So this tweet means one of three things:

1 James Patton, current “offensive assistant” is now our 10th coach.
2. He is our interim 10th coach until one is signed.
3. They got a waiver to send an additional coach on the road with Conklin’s departure until Bates starts.
