Pitt is loaded with some great RB in Ollison, Hall, Henderson, Moss, & Sibley. Again, depends on New OC but the OC has Great Talent at Pitt. OLs, RBs, WRs. Tight End will be added and Quarterback withe the New OC. Players are very high and Pitt has 6 Recruits capable of contributing this year too, according to Chris Peak. 2. Qadree Ollison, Pittsburgh
After the season Ollison had in 2016, it’s hard placing him at No. 2, but with no other clear-cut candidate and the talent he displayed during his freshman season, there’s a chance Ollison becomes the best back in the ACC in 2017. While star back James Conner was battling injury and cancer in 2015, Ollison won ACC Rookie of the Year and made second-team All-ACC. He rushed for 1,121 yards, averaging 5.29 yards per carry and 11 touchdowns. This past season with Conner back, Ollison was expected to take on a reduced role, but not to the degree that he did. In his second season, he received just 33 rushing attempts all season, including just six in the final six regular season games. Freshman back Chawntez Moss and sophomore Darrin Hall both received more carries than that. With Conner declaring for the NFL draft, the starting role for Pittsburgh is open, and Ollison is capable of taking the job and running with it. But he will have to beat out Moss and Hall for carries.
