Pitt 25 Edinboro 13

Great Win. Dom Forys at 125 got a big upset win to get us started. They were with out
one of there studs. But we were with out Tyler Wilps and Edgar Bright. Great team win. H2P

Leave it to Peters to plug two new guys into an injury decimated line-up and come out with a top ten road win. Very satisfying after the way last year went down.

I legitimately feel bad for anybody who stands against Rizzo - but to go against the guy while unranked with talent that is of that caliber has got to be hell. Just get the sense he'll tear heads off until then. Stolfi better have the prep of his life for Saturday.

It'll get forgotten because Rizzo's result locked up the win, but major kudos to Reaghard for not only moving up in Wilps' absence, but really living up to the pre-season optimism & faith his coaches had in him.

Forys, wow. I was already a believer, but what heart. He has another challenge Saturday, but I have no doubt he'll battle.

Excellent that Cody finally got out there. For an entirely different reason, good to see Shaffer, as well.

Couldn't agree more. What a start for Forys, the kid is dynamite. And can you have "Beast Mode" in wrestling? If so, its Rizzo. Racciato building off a great freshman campaign, killing it. Max & Nick continuing to do there thing. Wiercioch getting a good win to start the year. But Reaghard has to be the MVP of the early season, stepping up in weight class and getting gutty wins where we're missing a star. As a RS Senior, can't ask for more leadership than that.

Garbinsky lost with under 10 seconds or the score would have been even worse. Fantastic win last night. Looking forward to seeing how we like in person tomorrow.
