There have been questions about this in a few different areas, so I figured I'd address it here.
From what I've been told, four Pitt players have entered the transfer portal:
Darian Street
Tyler Sear
Jake Scarton
Justin Sliwoski
Street, of course, already transferred to Towson. Sear put his name in after he left the team (per a mutual decision) at midseason.
Scarton is an interesting one. He was Pitt's holder all season (except when he was hurt) but appears to have put his name in prior to the bowl game. Sliwoski is a freshman quarterback from Hempfield.
That's all there - just those four. And given that the spring semester has already begun, I doubt we'll see any additional names added. It's worth noting that just because a player enters the transfer portal doesn't mean he is definitely transferring; it's more a way of alerting other schools to the fact that you are open to listening to options.
That said, Street is already gone and Sear is headed elsewhere, too. Scarton and Sliwoski could return; both are, I believe, still enrolled and attending classes, so I would expect to see them in spring camp.
