Because I’m jonesing for some college football, I watched the 2003 VT game last night and am in the process of watching the 2002 one now. Remember watching the 02 game with my dad and I tried to find myself in the student section in the 03 one. 03 was an unbelievable atmosphere. You could feel the stadium moving.
While each of those seasons had great moments (these 2 games included), unfortunately they were my introduction to the “could’ve” & “should’ve” that is Pitt football.
So here’s a few players from those teams, thoughts on them?

Claude Harriot (he had a very disappointing year in 03 if I remember correctly)

Vince Crochunis
