Look I know we almost universally agree that in a perfect world Capel needs to go. However as Chris has pointed out, the buyout is ridiculously high and most likely he will be back for a 5th season.
That being said, do you think he will make any changes to his coaching staff in the offseason? I think we all feel he SHOULD but I just think Capel is stubborn and won't get rid of anyone.
Maybe Heather pushes him to do so but I can't see her meddling. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he has realized he needs a better staff. What do you guys think? I say NO he won't change anything.
