I think you're part of the administration. We knew we were going to fire Stallings on Feb. 1. He was fired 2 weeks ago and unless I;m completely misreading where we're at right now, we're no closer to hiring a new coach than on the day Stallings was axed. Why should "we be impressed" by this search"? The search will be assessed on the quality of the coach hired...NOTHING else. Did you see the Pete last season? If so, where is also this bravado coming from that you can tell Pitt fans to just go take a hike? What planet are you from, if I may politely ask?

Certainly offering someone as much money as we offered Hurley is much closer to hiring a coach than when we started. That said, I wouldn't say this whole thing has been impressive. I'll settle at acceptable as it's certainly much better than throwing Kevin stallings a life jacket after 6 days.
