With are mostly assured a losing record in ACC play this year.

Teams hit key 3s against us on our home court and we can’t make anything
Capel and Corhen are garbage. Give me a solid coach and a respectable 5, and this team would be much better.
I agree the metrics of this team when December started having a NET at number 5 compared to now and how far they have fallen is flat out embarrassing. Capel should not be back next year at all.
Yes, they are not that good, they over achieved early in the season, and played to their talent the rest of the way

Capel is not qualified to coach a high school team. I can't imagine any school will want to hire him when his tenure of stealing money from the University of Pittsburgh is over. What he has done with this team this year is proof he is a fraud. That sorry ass staff he assembled is just as useless. I can't wait for the Capel era to end!
Screw the buyout at this point. Can him, pay it and find someone - anyone else - who would be willing to coach for the bare minimum. Whoever that is cannot possibly be worse. There is no point going on another season with this staff when we are facing another total rebuild.

Haha. I've bounced around for work. Actually moving back to Pittsburgh this summer.
We'll find out what this new AD is all about in the coming weeks... man, what a tough situation to land in.
